Source: http://doksi.net Smoking Policies at Major League Baseball Stadiums April 1, 2019 Of the 30 Major League Baseball Stadiums, 20 prohibit smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, anywhere inside the stadium (marked in blue). Two others prohibit smoking, but not the use of electronic cigarettes, anywhere inside the stadium (marked in green). Six other stadiums prohibit the use of electronic cigarettes to the same extent that tobacco smoking is prohibited (marked in red). In addition, four stadiums (in Colorado, Seattle, Tampa Bay, and Toronto) totally prohibit the smoking of marijuana. Arizona Diamondbacks – Chase Field Chase Field is designated as a non-smoking facility. For those guests wanting to smoke, designated areas outside the facility are located at areas: Outside of Gate A (north plaza) Outside of Gate J (east) Outside of Gate K (northeast) As these locations are outside the ballpark, you will need your ticket stub and "re-entry" card to reenter.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the seating areas, general concourses, suites or restrooms. The policies outlined above apply to electronic cigarettes, cigars, as well as traditional cigarettes. Atlanta Braves – SunTrust Park SunTrust Park is a tobacco-free facility. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is permitted in a designated area outside the Third Base Gate. Tobacco use is prohibited in the seating bowl, concourses, Plaza, restrooms and in all premium seating areas. Baltimore Orioles – Oriole Park at Camden Yards Oriole Park at Camden Yards is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside Oriole Park, including electronic and smokeless cigarettes or any device that mimics the act of smoking. Boston Red Sox – Fenway Park Smoking is not allowed in Fenway Park. Chicago Cubs – Wrigley Field In an effort to accommodate all guests, smoking and tobacco use is strictly prohibited in Wrigley Field. This includes the use of traditional cigarettes, electronic

cigarettes and smokeless tobacco Designated smoking areas are located outside of the Budweiser Bleacher Gate, Gallagher Way Gate and Wintrust Right Field Gate. Per state law, smoking is not permitted within 15 feet of any public entrance to the ballpark. Chicago White Sox – Guaranteed Rate Field Pursuant to the Smoke-Free Illinois Act 95-0017, there will be no smoking or tobacco use inside of Guaranteed Rate Field. Electric cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor cigarettes or chewing tobacco is not permitted. The ramps are a part of the building and may not be utilized as a smoking/tobacco use area. permitted within 15 feet of any entrance or exit or any air handling units. Guests failing to comply with the policy may be asked to surrender his/her ticket and leave the ballpark. Cincinnati Reds – Great American Ball Park Great American Ball Park has been designated as a completely non-smoking facility under Ohio Law. Therefore, it is the obligation of ballpark staff to insure that smoking, which includes the use of tobacco and vapor devices, does not occur inside Great American Ball Park. Violators may be subject to ejection and potential fines. There is a designated smoking area, outside of GATE B Gappers Alley behind Section 119 is available for those that wish to smoke Guests inside of the ballpark can use the re-entry gate at the Gappers Alley gates to gain access to the smoking area. Guests are subject to metal detection screening upon re-entry and there will be no carry-in items permitted through the re-entry gate. If a guest uses any other gate, other than the 2 designated

for Re-Entry, to exit they will not be able to partake in the re-entry service. The smoking area may permanently or temporarily be closed and/or individuals refused at the sole discretion of ballpark management. Cleveland Indians – Progressive Field In accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, Fans are not permitted to smoke or use tobacco products anywhere on Progressive Field Property. Electronic Cigarettes, "E-Cigarettes," Vapor Cigarettes, or any device that mimics smoking are also prohibited. Progressive Field is a nonsmoking facility Fans may use the re-entry available at Gate A to smoke outside of the ballpark Colorado Rockies – Coors Field In consideration of the health and comfort of others, Coors Field prohibits smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers and other similar devices at Coors Field except in designated smoking areas. area must pass through security screening including metal detectors upon reentry. Alcohol is not permitted in the outside smoking areas. Guests with access to the MotorCity Hotel Casino Tiger Club may smoke cigars in the Cigar Bar. Smoking of cigarettes is prohibited in the Cigar Bar Houston Astros – Minute Maid Park Smoking is strictly prohibited on the pedestrian ramp, on all concourses, and in any of the stairwells. Smoking is also prohibited within 25 feet of the ballpark entrances and exits The no smoking policy includes the use of e-cigarettes and similar products. Smoking at Minute Maid Park is allowed only in the designated smoking areas. All fans have access to the designated smoking area at Section 310 on the Upper Concourse. Fans on the Honda Club Level may access the designated smoking area near Section 219. Guests on the U.S Trust Suite level have access to the designated smoking area along the 3rd base concourse. Kansas City Royals – Kauffman Stadium Smoking is not

permitted anywhere inside the structure of Kauffman Stadium. Designated smoking areas are located along the perimeter fence line at Gates B & D, along the perimeter fence line at Gates A & E and on View Level behind section 420. Electronic cigarettes and other smoking devices are not allowed in the seating bowl or concourse. Designated areas for electronic cigarettes and other smoking devices are available at the designated smoking areas. Los Angeles Angels – Angel Stadium For the health and comfort of others, smoking will not be permitted in the seating areas, suites, concourses, and restrooms. Smoking will be allowed only in designated areas such as the ramps and the Plaza Courtyard area. Electronic cigarettes are subject to the same restrictions Fans who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to ejection from the ballpark. Los Angeles Dodgers – Dodger Stadium Dodger Stadium is a smoke-free facility with designated smoking areas. Please see a Dodger Stadium

representative for directions to these areas. Electronic cigarettes are subject to the same restrictions. The use of smokeless tobacco products is also prohibited in all areas of the Stadium Miami Marlins – Marlins Park Smoking, E-Cigarettes, and Vaping are prohibited in Marlins Park. In consideration of all Guests, the Marlins ask for your cooperation. There are no designated smoking areas inside the ballpark and exiting and re-entry is prohibited for this purpose. Smoking and Vaping will be limited to the East and West Plazas on the building’s exterior. Milwaukee Brewers – Miller Park Use of tobacco products in any form, including smokeless tobacco and electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in Miller Park except in designated areas. Designated smoking areas for guests are located on plaza areas on the Field Level, behind Section 106, and Fridays Front Row outdoor patio. The Milwaukee Brewers reserve the right to remove any guest from Miller Park who violates the Miller Park

This includes the ballpark itself, Target Plaza, the Promenade behind the ballpark and the 5th and 7th Street sidewalks adjacent to Target Field. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited at Target Field. There is no re-entry at Target Field New York Mets – Citi Field Smoking or use of any tobacco product, including e-cigarettes and vaping pens, within Citi Field is prohibited, except for the three designated smoking areas located at: Plaza Level - Left Field Gate Field Level - Center field staircase landing across from the back of the CitiVision video board Promenade Level - The top of the ramp across from section 527 Any ticketholder smoking in any location other than the three specified above is subject to ejection. New York Yankees – Yankee Stadium Smoking, including the use of

electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in Yankee Stadium. There are no designated smoking areas, and re-entry is prohibited. The use of smokeless tobacco is also prohibited. Violators will be ejected immediately without refund and may face possible revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges. Oakland Athletics – Ring Central Coliseum In accordance with the City of Oaklands smoking ordinance, Section 8.3040, all As events are Smoke Free, including Electronic Cigarettes (E-Cigarettes). Violators of this policy will be subject to ejection and/or citation. There are no designated smoking areas anywhere in the stadium Philadelphia Phillies – Citizens Bank Park Smoking is not permitted inside Citizens Bank Park. Pittsburgh Pirates – PNC Park In consideration of the health and comfort of others, the use of tobacco products of any kind is not permitted anywhere in PNC Park. This policy also applies to e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco The Club reserves the right to eject

any person violating this policy. Saint Louis Cardinals – Busch Stadium Tobacco and electronic cigarette use is prohibited inside Busch Stadium. Guests who want to exit Busch Stadium to smoke may pass freely onto Clark Ave. and back into the stadium via the designated exit at Gate 4, as long as they do not leave the controlled, fenced area on Clark Ave. Guests who leave the controlled area on Clark Ave will need to have their hand stamped as they exit the area, and will need to present the hand stamp and a ticket for the game to re-enter the controlled area and Busch Stadium. San Diego Padres – Petco Park Petco Park is a smoke-free facility. Guests who wish to utilize standard or electronic smoking devices at a Petco Park event are required to utilize the designated locations outside the ballpark. Guests wishing to exit the ballpark and return to the same event must receive a re-entry stamp from gate personnel. 4 Source: http://doksi.net San Francisco Giants – Oracle Park In

accordance with San Francisco City Ordinance, Oracle Park is a SMOKE-FREE facility with no internal smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the ballpark Electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and vaporizers are included in this prohibition. The ballpark smoking policy is subject to change at the discretion of Giants management. Seattle Mariners – T-Mobile Park In compliance with the Washington Clean Air Act, the facility is a no smoking facility (including marijuana, chewing tobacco and electronic cigarettes). Smoking is not permitted in any location inside the ballpark or within 25 feet of all entrances, windows and ventilation intakes. Smoking is permitted only in designated, controlled areas outside the Center Field Gate and Center Field Gate. All Guests returning from the designated, controlled smoking area will be subject to security re-inspection. Tampa Bay Rays – Tropicana Field Tropicana Field is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside

Tropicana Field, including smokeless cigarettes or any device that mimics the act of smoking. Guests are permitted to smoke inside the fenced areas outside the building at Gates 2, 5, 6, and 7; or outside on the ramps at Gates 2, 5 and 6. However, the smoking of medical marijuana is prohibited anywhere on the Tropicana Field premises, including without limitation the fenced areas outside the building at Gates 2, 5, 6, and 7; or outside on the ramps at Gates 2, 5 and 6. Texas Rangers – Globe Life Park Smoking, Smoking Devices, or E-Cigarettes are not permitted in the seating bowl, the Lexus Club Level, suite level, or on the Main Concourse behind Section 44 past the Visitors Bullpen. Guests may smoke at designated areas near the outer perimeter of the main concourse and the upper concourse. Additional smoking areas are located on the first and third base ramps, below the club concourse level. SMOKING SECTIONS There are ten designated smoking areas inside Globe Life Park. Main
